ViewSonic is going to release in China its V901 smartphone running the newest Windows Mobile 6.5 OS. The V901 is powered by a Marvell PXA310 processor, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM. It gets a 3.6-inch 480×800 touchscreen display and a 5 Megapixel camera.

ViewSonic’s V901 supports CDMA EVDO Rev.A 3G network. It also includes Bluetooth, microSD card slot and GPS support. Interesting, as you can see in the picture, the V901 features also TouchWiz UI. Thephone will come in Q4 2009.
